Character History:Edit

Gail Baldwin came to Port Charles as a psychiatrist and it was later revealed that she was the adoptive mother Monica Bard. Gail later met and married Lee Baldwin.

Gail and Lee lives centered around their jobs and their adoptive children Scott Baldwin and Monica.

Gail was there Monica and began grandmother to Monica's four children, Dawn Winthrop, Alan "A.J." Quartermaine Jr., Jason Morgan and Emily Quartermaine.
